Catalytic fast Co-Pyrolysis of sewage sludge?sawdust using mixed metal oxides modified with ZSM-5 catalysts on dual-catalysts for product upgrading

Catalytic fast co-pyrolysis of sewage sludge and sawdust was performed using Py/GC-MS for pyrolytic product upgrades. Metal oxides (NiO MoO3) ZSM-5 catalysts had been introduced into single catalytic pyrolysis. The combination NiO + MoO3 in mixed metal (MMOs) modified with under a dual-catalyst different layouts. In the pyrolysis process, specifically promoted formation phenols, ketones, furans. proven to be more effective producing aromatic hydrocarbons phenols reducing oxygenated compounds. MMOs effectively improved distribution by increasing production aromatics phenols. selectivity undesirable PAHs (70.5%), however, addition appeared reduce inhibit 0.85%. highest yield obtained layout ZSM-5/MMO dual which 21.6%. Dual separated created promising effects further compared mixture ZSM-5.
